Fred resides in McDonough, GA which is a city in Henry County. He likes the quiet neighborhoods and historical homes there. Fred started his business in McDonough because of the growth in new home developments. He likes helping first-time homebuyers learn about their new home.

In his spare time, Fred enjoys reading, playing pickleball and working on his golf game. He is a 13-year volunteer Chairman of Disabled Guest Services with the PGA Players Championship. He enjoys serving the Wounded Warriors.
