Fred Skinner is a Board‑Certified Master Inspector providing high‑quality residential and commercial property inspections throughout Georgia and Florida. As a Certified Master Inspector who follows the Master Inspector Certification Board’s strict Code of Ethics, Fred delivers detailed and easy‑to‑understand inspection reports that help clients make confident decisions.

Fred is also a FAA‑Licensed Remote Pilot (Part 107), allowing him to perform aerial drone inspections for roofs, chimneys, gutters, and hard‑to‑reach exterior components. This advanced capability enhances safety, accuracy, and documentation —especially for large homes, steep roofs, and new construction.

Based in McDonough, GA, Fred serves Henry County and the surrounding metro Atlanta area. He chose McDonough for its historic neighborhoods and rapid growth in new home developments. Fred is passionate about educating first‑time homebuyers, helping them understand the condition and systems of their new home.

With more than 15 years of volunteer service, Fred also serves as the Chairman of Disabled Guest Services for the PGA Players Championship, where he supports Wounded Warriors and guests with special needs. When he’s not inspecting homes, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing pickleball, and improving his golf game.
